The Tree House: 2 bedroom golf course rental retreat on a wooded hill with large wraparound porch

The Tree House is a two bedroom golf course rental retreat in Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club in Harbor Springs, Michigan. Located atop a wooded hill, this vacation rental has a wraparound porch where you can relax, breathe in the fresh northern Michigan air, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the natural surroundings. As a guest, you can enjoy all the amenities of Birchwood Farms, including 27 holes of world class golf, tennis courts, the outdoor heated swimming pool, and clubhouse dining.

The living room features a wood-burning fireplace and large flat screen Smart TV for accessing your online streaming services through Apple TV (no cable). The home is also equipped with wireless internet, and there are plenty of movies, games, and books, as well as a stereo. The kitchen offers all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare meals for dining in, with seating for four around the dining room table and a view of the outdoors. The two bedrooms, each with a king size bed, are located on the second floor and share a full bathroom.

Not only great for a golf getaway, the Tree House is a four season retreat, with walking and cross country ski trails surrounding the community. Nub’s Nob and Boyne Highlands ski areas are also nearby. (A 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is recommended for winter guests as the driveway is steep.) Just minutes away is downtown Harbor Springs, a quaint town on Little Traverse Bay where you’ll find unique shopping and dining experiences. Plenty of other northern Michigan activities and attractions await in Petoskey, Bay Harbor, Charlevoix, and Mackinaw City, where you can catch a ferry to Mackinac Island.
