All of our properties are rated through our quality rating system to ensure they meet minimum standards of cleanliness and comfort. Additionally, all properties must be sufficiently equipped for the maximum occupancy of the rental. Ratings are intended to help guest select a rental that meets their personal expectations. The following provides an explanation of our ratings system.
5 Star: Exceptional and unique properties that provide the upmost in exclusive vacation accommodations and attention to detail. These elegant homes feature luxurious appointments and amenities and impeccable maintenace, awarding them a distinction all their own.
4 Star: Exclusive and well maintained accommodations that provide comfort and convenience characterized by designer furnishings, deluxe kitchens and baths. Amenities may include game rooms, pool tables, steam showers and granite counter tops.
3 Star: Appealing and well-appointed accommodations that feature comfortable furnishing, desirable amenities, and typically stylish kitchens and baths.
2 Star: Accommodations with limited amenities. These accommodates may be older properties with the some amenities of higher rated rentals and often offer good values at our most affordable rates.
Not Rated: Accommodations that are clean with many of the conveniences of home. These rentals are basic and have no guest amenties provided.
