Birchwood Property Management (BPM) is a division of Holiday Vacation Rentals and our "in-house" Property Care Department. We provide the administration, coordination, scheduling, and budgeting needs of residential and commercial resort property. Our menu of services can be customized to meet individual owner's or association specific needs. We provide many in-house services ranging from building and grounds maintenance, to winter home-watch programs.
BPM works closely with our Vacation Rental Department to offer services for owners and guests when a maintenance item arises. Often, maintenance problems can be resolved by our in-house staff quickly and efficiently, eliminating the need to call-in more expensive outside contractors for repairs.
OUR HISTORY
Birchwood Property Management is involved in the oversight of over 200 homes and condominium residences in Harbor Springs , Glen Arbor and Bay Harbor, Michigan. Affiliated with Schmidt-Rogers Property Management, which manages over twenty-three associations throughout Northern Michigan, our collective experience brings a wealth of experience and resources working with association boards to ensure that Property Owners Associations business is conducted in a fiscally sound and prudent manner.
